Japan-Korea Joint Research

An agreement on the APII test-bed project was made in a managers-level talk between the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Japan and the Department of Info-Communication of Korea in September 1997.

The points of agreement were as follows:

Communication Research Laboratory is now preparing for the experiments, starting in 1998.
